No, it is a matter of revenue. Traffic tickets bring in revenue, arresting and jailing criminals costs money. The state and locals are more intersting in finding ways to get more money to spend than jailing criminals, which costs money. Withness Snohomish county and their lax attitudes towards burglaries and car theft.

the local police have to enforce the red light cameras and the speaking on cells phones while driving instead of looking for real criminals. Why? Because the latter brings in revenue to the city and state while the former costs money.

Awwww...Mexico is angry. So what. Too damn bad. We are angry about having to keep ten million of their illegals here. The key word is illegal...illegal...illegal. When this country will finally start enforcing its borders (and I fault Obama as much as Bush) and start deporting all the illegals they I might have some sympathy. This is on less illegal to come over. We get stuck with their illegal scum. When will we bill Mexico for the cost of hospital care and education etc. for THEIR citizens. Time to deport all the illegals even at gunpoint if necessary.

Its too bad all these groups can stall the executions when the convicted wants to die. If the convicted does not want to appeal, no one else should be allowed to stick their nose in what is not their business.
