The vaccine records makes a ton of sense. As for homeowner/renter insurance policy, in a SHTF scenario, that should be of least concern.

You can store them in a dry, cool place. Your basement is ideal. Put them in airtight containers.

The two companies operate differently. It's a way to get the monthly payments upfront for the whole year; helps the business upfront operate better. The monthly payment option is much easier on budgeting and that's why we recommended USCCA over others.

USCCA is not allowed to sell membership to anyone in the states of Washington, New Jersey, and New York.

Also, USCCA membership only comes into play when the member is acting as a civilian. This means they do not cover any police officers, security guards, bounty hunters, etc, who are compensated to carry while they are on duty. A USCCA membership would cover them if they had to defend themselves as civilians/off duty.
