Good Day, Dear Gabi:
Sorry to learn of your illness. I know what it is like to be ill and to some degree, depend
on others.
I shall keep you and your lovely family in my prayers, not only for God and the healing
angels to help and guide you, but for your continued fortitude and belief so that you
will heal yourself for the world and your family. We, in this world need special people
like you to be a beacon with your comments, observations and posts. Thank you.
I too, would like to say how grateful I am to the Laura, the Silva staff, mindvalley and the
many other people behind the scenes, for their work in providing this summer session
for us. I have learned much from all the stories and comments of the participants.
Natalia, you are a real trooper, Thank you. Your presence really makes the day!

Hello Freebird19:
Let me see if I can help.
The exercise is to use the method in Silva Life Systems called The Best Time
To Program. In this exercise, you do not have to setup your scheduled program
time on your own. The degree of urgency that you chose will awaken you. if
necessary, at the best time for you to program your help request. Go to level,
state, what you want (ask for help to solve a problem), then go to sleep. You will
become alert at the best time for you to ask for help or receive the help you need.
We can all solve most problems but sometimes a problem can be more than we
are able to handle. That is when we ask Source for help.
We never need to schedule a conversation with God, but we need to make sure
that we have done everything we can to find a solution on our own. God helps
us better this way!
Hope this helps.

The 212 degree reminds me of an exercise strategy. Work your muscles
to the point of momentary muscle failure, then do one more. This helps build
muscles that are strong.
The 212 degree suggests that we do one more thing, even though we feel
we cannot do anymore; then we build a character that cannot fail.

Thank you for your input. The video underscores the phrase. :
Don't sweat the small stuff, it's all small stuff!"

Good morning, Mahboob:
I like your comments, especially the idea of leadership. I've found that
all true leaders say, Follow Me. To me, it does not limit us to any one
area while working with people.

Thanks for posting this information. It is good to be reminded. I spent much
of my youth worrying about what people thought and said about me. I
finally awoke to discover "It Just Doesn't Matter (IJDM)".
Now I am fully convinced and believe that it does not matter; worry about
the things over which we have control and let the rest go... IJDM!
I thoroughly enjoy the whole Neale Donald Walsch collection.
