All I can think of is for you to check you have at least 1 Gb - 2GB free (which is around what I had), recover your phone via the 'WP Support Tool' app and run the Chevron tool again. I also extracted everything in the Chevron updater zip file to the desktop, I'm not sure if that plays any significant part. I'm not sure if that helps at all but I hope it works for you in the end. Waiting for Windows 8 is a tad too long with the speed at which these tablets are coming out. I really would like to have an implementation of WP7 on a tablet. Right click the individual podcast episode you wish to save and click 'Add to collection'.
