One time, they advertised a $99 camcorder that I was very interested in purchasing. At the beginning of the business day on the first day of the sale, I entered the store (in Wood Village) at opening time to ensure I was able to secure one. When I asked where they were, they said they were already sold, that they couldn't order more and would not give a rain check. I turned around and walked out that store and vowed to never return. Not only have I not returned, but I encourage others not to shop there either. It was not just false advertising, but it was the attitude of the employees and the store manager that really peaved me off. So I'm not surprised at this tactic that they've been busted for now, either. Kohl's, you suck. I'll not shed one tear if you go out of business. Keep treating customers in this manner, and you will.
