There is plenty of data that points out clearly that the SUN drives these CYCLIC changes in temperature on Earth. The other damning thing is that the frequencies of sunlight that are actually absorbed by CO2 are already fully absorbed before they can get through the atmosphere, that means you can add all the CO2 you like and it won't make a damn bit of difference in the temperature.

I scanned through this but I'm not seeing how it applies to bloggers. Sec. 201 seems to imply that if you reblog something posted by a candidate that there might be some requirement to comply with reporting but I'm not seeing anything that directly attacks the right of a voter to express his opinion on a candidate on their own blog so long as the candidate didn't hire them or pressure them into doing it.
