After 16 years in the west I visited Ethiopia few years back and I was shocked when I visited the national museum, everything in the museum was about the greatness of the Amhara: you see Menelik, Haileselies, "Fit-awraari' this and that. I asked the tour guy where are the HEROES of Oromos, Somalis, Ganbela, Hadiya, Gurage, Hereris...et cetera; he didn't like that and told me I have bad attitude!
Ethiopia has long way to go before its people get equity.

OLF didn't leave the coalition government in early 90's but was forced and pushed out by Meles, we all know this for fact.
Isn't it irony, thought, that you pretend to like OLF (your mortal enemy just months ago) and detest OPDO (the very organization you created and used as the trojan horse all along)!
If the Amharas are trying to bring the old system where every thing in Ethiopia just reflects their culture, language and heritage-that is a dream that will never be materialized and we will fight them tooth and nail!
Last time I visit Ethiopia I was so shocked to when I visited the museum in Addis/Finfine: every thing looked like, smelled like and walked like Amhara, that need to change and the country must reflect all ethnic groups that call it home!!

Through this article when I reach "Mined you all who are ready to fly off the handle accusing me of narrow nationalism and ethnicity that I am not defending corruption but pointing out that no hero who fought against the brutal military of Mengistu Hailemariam be in handcuffs NO MATTER HIS OR HER CRIME". I stoped continue reading, because it just tells you worship Tigre generals and shouldn't be arrested no matter of what ever crime they commit!!

ONLF will never be able to speak on behalf of all Somali clans in the region, period! Its a fact that ONLF members are 99+% from the Ogaden clan (soldiers plus their leaders); this tells its just a clan organization. Some debate that the name 'Ogadenia' was given to the region by the British; so what? If you refuse the Abysinian colonization, why are proudly accepting the name given to you by your other colonizer-the British??

This is Af-Weyna mentality. Mark my words, I would rather be ruled by OROMO than ONLF (Ogaden). I will add my area to Oromia like Jarso did if ONLF runs the region! You wont have Ahmed Madobe decide my faith from Kismayo!!! We will never forget what Abdi Illey with his clan(Ogaden) militia aka Liyu Police did to our people!

Ogaden National Liberation Front-As their name expresses represents one and only one Somali clan, the Ogaden, and hence can't represent the other 32+ clans. The over majority of other clans prefer to be part of an Ethiopian federation with real democracy!

How is Addis an Amhara city while its surrounded by Oromo farmers from every direction?
Amhara can even be 100% residents of the city, but that doesn't make you the owner of the city. Some parts of the city still bears the name of the Oromo clans your ancestors forcefully removed-eg Gullele.
You can live the city peacefully while you're surrounded by the indigenous people. Addis depends on Oromo sources 100%, just look at where you get your water from!!!
