I saw this in person about a month or so ago in downtown Pittsburgh. Similar vintage DTS, only it was a gold-brown metallic paint, with some sort of logo'd vinyl on the top. BIG dude got out of it with a pimp suit that looked like it could only have been part of a package purchace with the car. Another, albiet less pimptastic but more common, sighting for me is a big bright blue (think early Miata blue) Escalade with 25"ish chrome rims that spends a lot of time near my office (also near the county jail/courthouse).
