I heard that weeks before the official release our HTC agencies had the Leo prototype (TouchPRO3), so they have tested it and have known the issue for long. But so far they supplied the market pretended that nothing is wrong with the device. Both HTC and it&#039;s agencies must take the responsibility and either fix the radio issue or retrieve the sold out devices.
