Daily Camera.com: : Ballot measure: Cities that ban oil and gas drilling would lose money - Boulder Daily Camera

Anti-fracking Lisa Morzel from Ft. Collins and Boulder Council Member Suzanne Spiegel forbid their respective communities to share their abundant natural resources for the good of the whole State. But when it is pointed out: that for Ft. Collins, Boulder, Longmont and other non participating cities; it is not fair for the non participating communities to share in the distributed wealth among the contributor communities the ladies resorted to a neo-Marxist strategy which is to shout down those seeking just distribution of the wealth derived from hydrological drilling. So they want to put nothing into the contributions to the severance tax fund; but they sure want whatever share of the money the State has for their contribution of nothing in return but their animosities. Well, there is a precedence for that in Longmont's sales tax percentage that goes for the so called FasTracks that will never happen before the Colorado and National economy collapses from its severer infection of neo-Marxism. with Longmont's commuters getting the short end of the stick. That isn't bad enough for them, They want the proven defective neo-Marxist agenda implicit in their demands the State Legislature reject the natural law of prosperity. It is written in Hosea 4:6 ESV "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children."

Who is paying you off, or are you just particularly challenged being a product of the American education system today that is dominated by the Progressives using taxpayer money to dumb down the population? FACT: " Even worse, the United States is ranked 5th in overall global competitiveness, and over two-thirds of the engineers who receive Ph.Ds from our universities are from other countries." Wise up - read http://energyindepth.org/ohio/anti-fracking-activ... and see how they have make you a useful tool for the advancement of the anti-fracking regressive agenda. By the way the wells you see are not fracking as the media would like to have the readers believe which is the process they are bad mouthing. The fracking was done most likely before this subdivision photographed was even built. The media is falling right into the anti-fracking propaganda trap by running one sided stories like this and using this photo to scare the residents and public into believing the political trick.

Longmont Times-Call : Colorado gets another $199 million to spend on flood recovery - Longmont Times-Call

Wake up Longmont City Council on what Boulder's Countywide Commissioners are doing, and not doing, that negatively effects Longmont's citizens and businesses. The commission is populated with Democrats whose mission is to make local government, local transportation and local businesses and private services for the people of Longmont dysfunctional. They are accomplishing this Progressive Mission by delaying restoration of through traffic on Sunset Street in the heart of inner-city transportation and on County Line Road that, until the flood, carried enormous traffic loads north and south stimulating businesses all along the city's eastern boundary. The Commissioners used the politically correct, instead of what's good for the welfare of the community standard, see a wise standard employed by another state http://files.dnr.state.mn.us/eco/nongame/projects... to sabotage restoration of through traffic on County line road in a timely manner. Council must go on record with a recorded vote at the next scheduled session demanding these funds be fairly redistributed to include Longmont and these two vital bridges and the work be done ASAP. Not when the City of Boulder and it's surrogates on the BoCo Board of Commissioners think restoration of the flood damaged economy is in the best interests of the City of Boulder's Democrat Party!. Fixing Longmont's downed bridges is in the best interests for free flowing traffic on all major streets and it is past due for Longmont Council to STAND UP TO BOULDER FOR THE PEOPLE OF LONGMONT! Mayor Coombs, please lead from the front timely repair of Longmont's bridges, don't let them talk you into the style of party dysfunction, i.e. :"leading from the rear". That's for followers of donkeys.

Baloney! The Democrats are taking you voters back to the medieval days when government controlled everything you did in your lives including what and how to think. History is repeating itself. Tired of inflation? Tired of gasoline doubling in price since the inauguration of Obama the first time? Do you want to read the truth? Then go to today’s message from the grass roots in Ohio where locals are wising up to this P.T. Barnum Circus type con that is over-reaching in its control over them and hear what they have to say. http://www.toledoblade.com/Energy/2014/01/26/Frac... “Without drilling boom, gas would cost up to 129% more” Why do you think they are knocking successful people? Why to you think they are dictating wages? It is to take you back to medieval control – that’s where they are regressing too! Give them another year and you will be paying over a thousand a month to heat, light and cool your homes and over $19 for a gallon of gasoline. They will get there by continuing to scare you to death with their lies. Don’t let them get away with it – do you own research and stand up to the liers! In 2012 the public was tricked into voting in a dysfunctional broken message with the Charter Amendment. Reverse it with the truth in 2014 and 2015 elections.

Daily Camera.com: : Boulder County stands by decision to delay bridge replacement to protect bald eagles - Boulder Daily

Obviously they are not proud of it being in official records because in their hearts they must know their decision is not representative of the truth and is also totally inconsiderate for the quality of life of Longmont Citizens. Nor was their decision based upon objectivity but in phony safety whitewash as if they were actually concerned about eagles. Eagles are to them just a gate way to accumulating more power for Big Government As proof here is a National Geographic’s camera on an active bald eagle’s nest next to the police firing range in Washington, D.C. http://kstreetmagazine.com/watch-a-local-bald-eag... The Obama administration announced last Friday that it will grant industrial wind farm operators 30-year permits to kill legally protected bald eagles and golden eagles without fear of legal repercussions. U.S. wind turbines already kill 1.4 million birds and bats each year, including many endangered, threatened and protected species such as California condors, bald eagles and Indiana bats.” http://www.forbes.com/sites/jamestaylor/2013/12/1... Obviously the welfare of the National Bird is not on the hearts and minds of our commissars or maximum supreme leader above the law any more than the quality of life of the citizens they took an oath to support and protect. Therefore, to protect quality of life for its own Citizens, Longmont City Council has moral responsibility to both sides of County Line Road including the Saint Vrain River Corridor West to N 75th and fill in the lands East all the way to Frederick’s city limit on the Saint Vrain. Then Council would be rid of most in city dual jurisdiction with BoCo.

Longmont Times-Call : Boulder County stands by decision to delay bridge replacement to protect bald eagles - Longmont Time

The government bureaucracy in charge of killing economic activities in Boulder County strikes September’s flood victims and Longmont’s economic recover again with perfect timing to stall the two week repair of County Line Road bridge just south of Wal-Mart for at least another year. There is no eagle nest activity in October, November, December, January or February, while they screwed around stalling the repairs pushing off activity until mid-March. What do they care with their guaranteed jobs with guaranteed salaries? Did you know the job stimulus money went primarily to grow government jobs by eleven percent while the economy half that pays their salaries has struggled with the loss of thousands of jobs in the County with the loss of at least another 200 jobs at Amgen; thanks to over regulation by FDA? By stalling this less than a month’s worth of highway work off until mid-March they managed to stall until the start of egg laying & incubation that will last into the end of May. Then it will be hatching time and rearing the young that stretches out into September when the rotation starts all over again with the envelope for construction without bothering them opens again. So November is open season on job killing bureaucrats and time to vote the parasites on the economy out of office. Voters have a last opportunity to send an important message that jobs have priority over bureaucracy in county government or else they have condemned themselves to MORE of the kind of government they deserve! Meanwhile you can expect traffic to be jammed up downtown while BoCo bureaucrats build cushy new plush offices for themselves on Coffman Street, not to mention higher taxes because fewer people are left with jobs to pay taxes.

Longmont Times-Call : Nesting bald eagles to delay construction of Longmont\'s East County Line Road bridge - Longmont Tim

The poster’s pseudo secularized version of civilization to justify this arbitrary governmental power grab is within the popular today intellectual school of thought that transcends the CONCRETE TRUTH of the Constitution. Recognize that government is force and that force and charity to animals, humans or both is fundamentally incompatible. "Government is not reason. It is not eloquence. It is a force, like fire: a dangerous servant and a terrible master" [George Washington] This isn’t about whether it’s good or bad to have not repaired the bridge with priority for safe-efficient transportation of goods and humans in the public welfare but was a “necessary” move from the usurpers of power point of view to establish their authority over BoCo and its citizens. The fact that steps could be taken to mitigate the disturbance would have defeated their real purpose which is establishment of absolute power in Federal hands. Please see http://bit.ly/1lpS5bv is a shortened Google image URL that takes you to the page where there are many-many images of eagle’s nests near, in, and on human facilities, homes and manmade and occupied structures. So for a government agency to arbitrarily decree rather than a local common sense approach respective of both the wild life and the overriding human interest is a monumental power overreach. The great Roman lawyer-statesman Marcus Cicero had a wise influence on the education and the minds of the USA’s founders who separated the three branches of government power in our Constitution. They remembered that Cicero was recognizing the gradual the end of the Roman Republic, just as we are witnessing now the end of our own Republic. Cicero reminds the Founders and ourselves today that "the Republic, the Senate, and the law courts are mere ciphers and that not one of us has any constitutional position anymore at all once bureaucrats have absolute authority. The civil war that followed destroyed the Republic. It wreaked destruction and decimated resources throughout the Roman world just as Julius Caesar’s victory had been absolute. We must ask ourselves if the Democrat’s victory over the White House means the same for the USA as this otherwise bureaucratic stupidity points out the dry rot already subverting the civil institution (separation of powers) designed to protect your liberty and freedom.

Longmont Times-Call : What did vote fraud stunt prove? - Longmont Times-Call

Both the changes in registration by single party partisan action in the State House and this childish reaction to it prove in concrete actions reflects exactly what is wrong with the educational work product coming out of the Colorado Education System today. Teaching critical thought process and right reasoning on how to make innovative problem solutions in the Colorado State Legislature is a lost art. The greatest educational sin in Colorado is teaching the political re-writing its history for contemporary politics and the omission to teach Constitutional Virtues and that the responsibility of all citizens both in and out of government is to obey respect and obey them. Mr. Caldra’s, cause was noble and his intent was not criminal. But, if the District Attorney ignores the violation by not prosecuting if there is sufficient evidence does he not also ignore the law? Otherwise, if the law is not repealed before next election does negligence to prosecute open the flood gates to abuse in November after the community organizers have had time to work their craft? Aren’t the politician’s and regulator’s also gaming the election process system with the ultra-liberal legal registration loophole? Disobedience of the law is not a public virtue, but that’s what politicians do to get re-elected. But, two wrongs don’t make the practice right and this time even the public's liberty may be on the election chopping block next November in Colorado as the law now stands. However, it has drawn attention given the National fears that the fall election may be the last one before martial law succeeds the Constitution anyway. The trend against Constitutional government may be too great for the population to overcome by then This is an inverse interpretation of what’s “right” under the Constitution as is the City Charter Amendment against Fracking by far out Secular Progressives changing due process without a Constitutional Amendment to make their work conform to the Supreme Law. Besides the community organizers have not had a chance to use the new election law’s full legal loophole potential until the 2014 Colorado Election, so a reality based conclusion at best is premature.

Daily Camera.com: : Rep. Amy Stephens asks for probe of claims Udall\'s office bullied regulators - Boulder Daily Camera

The greater question out of this is “How long will Congress tolerate Obama’s destruction of our great country?” which Senator Udall’s Office appears to fully support by its actions? Senator Udall’s actions reflect a growing trend from local governments up through the State and Federal toward the nature and quality of public policy decisions being made more and more in deference to what's food for personal careers of bad actor jurists, elected officials and executive officers who do the opposite of supporting the Constitution in their day to day governmental decisions as this story reports, and others comment about. Obama recently admitted on national TV that millions would lose their insurance coverage. Yet, he lied to America for three years, saying, “If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor, period. And if you like your insurance you can keep your insurance period.” Is it acceptable for Obama to mislead and lie to all of America about such a disastrous policy in order that he be elected for a second term? If Obama’s true goal was to provide insurance for uninsured people, why would he upset the nation’s apple cart by rendering 80 to 100 million peoples’ policies unacceptable? Both Udall and the Obama Administration actions turn President John F. Kennedy’s dedication to duty and government service for the public good: “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what can you do for your country?" on its head. The Oath their administrations and ministry disregard U.S. Constitution Article VI, Oaths: “The Senators and Representatives … and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;”

Christie stood up, took responsibility, launched a no holds barred investigation and fired the culprit the same day. This is what Americans expect is elected officials making decisions good for the public, not their personal re-elections. President Barack Obama’s administration has a long list of scandals: Fast and Furious; IRS; NSA; wire tapping of news agencies and reporters; government spending scandals; and the most deplorable of all, the Benghazi attack. There is the perennial aspiring-president, Hillary “What does it matter?” Clinton failed to provide adequate protection and conspired with Obama to lie and cover their failures in Benghazi. What kind of commander in chief would refuse to send a rescue team out of fear it would cost him re-election?

Longmont Times-Call : Longmont\'s Pumphouse/Red Zone loses liquor license - Longmont Times-Call

Loss of a business license is not a trivial matter to either: customers, other effected tax payers, share holders, sub contractors and stake holders. In a partnership business its all for one and one for all or total SNAFU like this shutting down the main sustainable business resource. This failure makes a statement about a office holder's management form about which there will be two distinct points of view that will draw fire its safe to say. The truth will be found in who is the CEO, if no one, then each partner jointly or severally can be held liable. That identified, then when did the CEO know; and, what did he do about it?

Daily Camera.com: : Fliers accuse Boulder County commissioners of \'treason\' in paving decisions - Boulder Daily Camera

The name calling is unfortunate, I would not have chosen “treason” because it only serves to harden the Commissioners position they took after deciding that BoCo’s internal failure to budget and care for county rural roads on ill-informed arguments from proponents to justify a special/selective on certain property owners. The opponents claim that county right of way public road access is a universal Constitutional County duty affecting all of whom who use county right a ways, that would include city folks like Boulder! Therefore, the selective taxes to pay for universal operating costs would have best been decided by representative deliberation based on well-informed argument with the informed consent of all taxpayers affected, instead of the arbitrary and capacious tax lien process applied here by the Commissioners who relied, instead, on their over simplistic and emotionally-charged government reactions against the effected tax payers to justify their overstepping the Constitution. This is not good government form, Commissioners! So now the Commissioners have evoked radical push back against their authoritarian use of legal force against those who have lost trust in the Commissioners to govern because the Commissioners have chosen to rule them rather than represent. That’s what historically happens when governments try to rule without informed consent. Consumers sue Department stores and Corporations that abuse them as the Commissioners are now doing; but since governments these days write the rules instead of appreciating the people are the Sovereign, not the Commissioners the use force instead of admitting the customer is always right; and, therefore doing the right thing by those who are otherwise being injured. I think “betrayed the public trust” is a more appropriate word to apply here. And, that “Reform” of the Commissioner’s powers is in order by a much needed Citizen’s Referendum to clean up over 50 years unaudited -same party majority rule that appears to have become so corrupt to the State & Federal Constitutions as to outcomes of their decisions that like their abusive road tax liens, that people affected gag and rebel at the corruption and abuse of power. The Commissioners have no one to blame but their own tin ears to their own constituents.

Longmont Times-Call : Court says LURA can use Dillard\'s tax protests as evidence - Longmont Times-Call

Don't talk down to me. I am going on the facts and holding them to the plain language of the Constitution to sort fact from legal fiction, i.e. political will. The assessors value is the lowest general value; market price of the property is what Dillards is willing to sell for; the government is using all the tools at its disposal not to negotiate to a compromise market price; but to compel the owner to accept; AFTER GOVERNMENT HAS ALREADY SEIZED TITLE TO THE PROPERTY. That type of tactic was outlawed by the MAGNA CHARTER 898 years ago which is basic protection for the property owner in our common law and enshrined in the Constitution protecting private property rights for private citizens from government seizure.. Dillards does not want to sell. A shopping mall is not a government necessity or City Charter defined item of authority for Council or Staff for normal governance. A shopping mall is the essence of a free enterprise owned, operated and populated by private people, not government enterprises.. A government that forces one private property owner to sell out at the owners detriment for the profit of another private property owner is FASCISM. The two new council members have stated their positions clearly that they trust government control over private freedom by their advocacy positions in their campaigns for office.

Don't cherry pick in your scope to make a political point. Let's look at this ruling in the context of the whole meaning for the economy of Longmont: Taken in full context of what the History of Dillard’s commercial and economic relationship has been between City and Dillards this outcome based on tax value was foreseeable from the day the members of the grand economic oligarchy, i.e. City Council voted to appoint themselves as the Longmont Urban Renewal Authority. From that day forward in the district effected, as the objective reader may deduce, from the decision, property market values in LURA are no longer free market driven, but what the oligarchy, i.e. the City says they are. Property value then is based on what the government can extract out in taxes rather that what a buyer is willing to pay for and the seller willing to sell for. The City protects the winners it chooses from the losers it chose through selective application of ordinances and rules for rulings it favors one and disfavors another. Publicity is focused on the mall follies, but the market value of every property in the district is diminished by this arbitrary and capacious organization - LURA that looks out for whats good for the City bureaucracy; not the preservation and encouragement of the free market economy in Longmont. Council’s majority supporters openly say capitalism is a tool to destroy the workers' movements and to secure rule by the upper classes if equal opportunity is favored over redistribution. So with every ruling in its favor while appealing to the people’s most primitive needs, Longmont City Council is actually pursuing the interests of the already Fort Collins wealthy in this case.

Longmont Times-Call : Longmont clerk reverses campaign finance ruling - Longmont Times-Call

Taxpayers are still getting stuck with the fall out consequences of the “Gang of Four” uber progressive City Council dating back to failed candidates for Council Fissinger & Juday who to make it a “gang of six progressives”. The progressives formed a committee who changed the election law and set up a progressive election commission complete with a “Kangaroo Court” to protect progressives in and those running for office that was such a demonstrable failure another less radical council threw out after the city was on the losing end of a lawsuit in Federal District Court. The ordinance changes kept over are so ambiguous that the Clerk can’t enforce them and if the City tried to make them stick they would lose in Court as the Clerk’s turnabout demonstrates. The Code is a waste of time, money and is unconstitutional being special purpose legislation designed to keep incumbents in office needs to be thrown out. Otherwise, a “Truth in Candidates and Issues” ethical code of conduct ordinance is needed to clean up this shoddy part of Longmont City politics.

Longmont Times-Call : Quiet Skies lawsuit calls for damages, limited skydiving operations - Longmont Times-Call

Not unless the plaintiff wants more than her socks sued off. Please permit me to thread your valuable, accurate information into the process to prove you right on. Plain and simple, this virtual “noise complaint” masquerading as a personal injury lawsuit is a manufactured legal fiction involving a State Non-Profit 501(c)(3 corporation involving itself locally in politics. Your reference Colorado Secretary of State ID document for “Citizens for Quiet Skies Inc.” number 20121575009) a.k.a. Kimberly Gibbs, a nonprofit Corporation and her public utterances reported in Times-Call nails both Kimberly and her lawyers to several serious contradictions with applicable laws in operation here. For example see the copy of the complaint http://lightningrodblog.com/cfqslawsuit.pdf wherein the lawyers left of “Inc” from the “Citizens for Quiet Skies” id of plaintiff. Why would the lawyers misinform the Boulder Judge? At law the answer is NO: the primary plaintiff is a corporation. A corporation is a creation of the law, thus the law itself forbids Citizens for Quiet Skies from doing any corporate act that is contrary to law. At federal law, Section 501(c)(3)”, of the Income Tax Code participation by nonprofit organizations in political campaigns is FORBIDDEN, including contributing to a candidate's election fund ; as well as making statements in favor of or against a candidate seeking to be elected for public office which is reported in this story. The purpose of this trumped up case is an attempt to deny the defendant(s their fundamental right to fly, which is not in the jurisdiction of Boulder District Court! “Taking” civil rights is the original jurisdiction of the U.S. Supreme Court; thus Federal District Court 10 is where the legal jurisdiction for the action would be if it were a valid claim by legitimate plaintiffs. If the Boulder judge does not throw the complaint out on motion to dismiss. I’d expect to see the defendant file a complaint for summary judgment against the plaintiffs and their attorney(s) for intentional harassment and attempted denial of Amendments’ 1, 4, 5 and 14 guaranteed protections using 42 U.S.C 1981 under the section holding civilians accountable (and lawyers) for abuse of process and power for interfering with my right to be protected from this frivolous – mean spirited –willful abuse of legal process against a fellow citizen by plaintiffs and their attorney(s) of record.
