The picture of this Mohammed speaks more than thousand words. Only the horns are covered on the top of his head.

No matter what and how you see it. The bottom line is, this is sad. One fire engine, a few firefighters and a fuel for 20 miles. Why they do not struck a deal with insurance companies? Anyway, they could have billed the company for their work, rather than to let the expensive truck burned away. The cost of clean up alone might be more than the firefighters's action would have been.

Medium to heavy build? Common, that guy can't even run. Yet, he got away?
Where is the problem? Well, I think nobody cares about the banks. They are filty rich, they got all our money from our lovely government and they are to scarred to act to protect themselfs.
For sure , it is easear to make a buck robbing banks in these days than to pour concrete. At least your knees stay healthy.

As usual, no matter if the house is split or not. It is either the schools, the elderly, police and firefighters or... MORE TAXES. Yet the government keeps wasting whatever resources it can get. I am a lttle bit disappionted with Richardson. Though, he is at least the only one looking good there.

There is something in this story I would like to point out. A very few rental places are owned outright. The interest on the loan for multifamily is much higher than for single family home ( Why?) The economy stings and leaves the owners to deal with reduced income and in case of older buildings mounting overhead.
Yet, the banks have no mercy. They got all of our money and all they do is to screw up everyone they can.
Who is on the end of the rope? The litlle guy, just wanting a decent place to live.
It is in majority of cases, that the banks own the buildings. It is time to employ the legislature, the congress and the senate to make the banks responsible as well. Forced them to work with the so called owner.
As in this case, I would bet the owner does not have the resources to pay for to fix the problem, which is a leaking roof for a very long time or is overwhelmed with other problems besides this one, yet he has to pay some 8 to 10% interest on his loan no matter what is going on, along with ever rising property taxes, utility bills and insurance.

It is very hard to fire a lazy drug addict from a private company when the unions are present. It is imposible to get rid of one in the public sector. Is it OK?

As a nation we are divided now like we were never before. The government stings, the unions stings even more. Here in Oregon the unions dictate everything. We do not have one representative that wouldn't be licking their buds. The unions here are nothing else than a mafia. Go Walker.

What I would really like to know. Do we provide a help to Japan at this time? And did Japan provided a help in the time of Katrina to us? No sarcasmus. I would really like to know. Did they helped us than and are we helping them now? I mean beyond a few guys with dogs?

A good news. At least the drug business will keep booming when nothing else does.

What we are doing in Afghanistan at first place? And what do we expect from our soldiers seeing their fellows to be torn out in pieces in the roadside bombs, shot in the back and so on. They are not send there to fight an enemy, they are there to get slaughtered soon or later. Anyone who wants to judge them, join the military first , please. Than and only than you might have the right to open your mouth.
