For the moment, setting the other arguments aside, I am not sure of this: "...tried to abuse his power by threatening to deport his bf...." It seemed to me that web high jinks or criminal acts may have compromised his visa. (My apologies, I have no citation, nor time to look for one)

Use your other available machine, go to Microsoft support, read the several methods of safe restart and recovery (for your OS version) several times each, and call a friend. Thanks for link -- slow loading, so only did a quick scan to make sure my memory was right -- I should have spoken up when it first hit gateway pundit. O'Keefe never claimed to be an Edward R. Murrow (if that's supposed to be the gold standard). From the Harvard Square 'take a gitmo prisoner home,' through 'Acorn pimp.' to this, he has always disguised himself as one of them, but more so. He becomes an over-the-top version of his prey. O'Keefe has been O'Keefe before the humorless, indignant right adopted him for doing something that few were successful at. I'm about ready to tell most everyone here to STFU.

I believe James O'Keefe's producer owes an explanation of why it was necessary to do the rat-out rather than first speaking to him directly about her intentions. Having seen many of his earlier prankish-exposes, I have no problem with his original game plan. Lighten up! There was a certain touch of comic genius to this one.
