I absolutely hate HOAs. You might as well be renting, with all the stupid rules they have. I think HOA members must not have a life of their own.

I find it interesting that the White House is speaking for her, using phrases like "I think if she had the speech to do over again." These statements are worthless -- they are just speculation. What dose SHE have to say about her comments? I think I am going to remain offended and outraged until she goes on Rush's show (the conservative's Jesse Jackson) and apologizes for her statements.
I couldn't agree more. As a society, we are taking away all the challenges and adventures that made us strong. Many kids today grow up having everything handled for them; after all, we wouldn't want to be unfair to any of them. They grow up expecting all their needs to be provided for them, then when they grow up and have any sort of difficulty making it own their own, they want the government to start providing for their needs. This results in a horrible positive feedback loop where the government keeps growing and growing.
I realized my earlier post was a little ambiguous. I took the quiz and MY results were more libertarian than I expected. However, there is a lot of common ground between conservatives and libertarians.
