"Yummy," and most anything that's cutesy, makes me cringe. This would include words like "hubby" and the awful "tummy," when spoken by or to anyone above the age of...oh, let's go with 6. Thank you for this - I have many friends (both real and those of the Book of Faces - shoutout to furiouslyred!) who use these, and I think I'd become a pariah if I were to let loose about it.

Thanks for this! I love hearing when a product works as claimed. Also, I know you didn't ask, but I'm slightly anemic and discovered that Grape Nuts cereal provides 90% of the RDA of iron. I like it because it's tasty, and I can't take those iron supplement pills. They kill my stomach!

I tried to make a Yule Log for our family Christmas party once when I was in high school. Mom indulged me and bought all the stuff. I put in two boxes of chocolate pudding, but only put in enough milk and eggs according to the recipe for ONE box. Once I realized my mistake and said it aloud, my father, a former baker, and my grandmother kicked me out of the kitchen in disgust. They would finish it. They called it "The Log of Shit" --I can't remember if it tasted like it, but it DID look like it.
