first, congrats! i'm so glad if i've helped in any way and would be happy to support you in the future however i can!
in regards to your question: yes, green tea has caffeine, but about half as much as black (and black tea has about half as much as coffee). rule of thumb, i try to drink decaf green whenever i can and i opt for herbal or green options when i'm out.

acv is safe while breastfeeding. arguably it will give you an energy boost that you'll need from sleepless nights;)
i'm sure you'll be able to lose the weight. just remember, it took you 10 months to put it on, it should take you at least that long to take it off. i am just as my pre pregnancy now 9 months later and i've made sacrifices in the nursing department and have been working my butt off in the gym. it's a compromise as is everything in life;)
