I've personally done this. So I'm thankful of this little reminder. I doubt I'll personally be affected living inland but if I should find something on a trip to the coast next summer and later, I will be more mindful. Maybe it'll be something to followup on or maybe it'll be non-distinct debris, I'll make that call when I see it. No I'm not going to send back a tire, but a family photo is another matter...I'll decide then. Sounds to me like government wants to wield too much power. FedEx shouldn't be forced to unionize nor should it's employees. If any of the employees don't like the FedEx policy there is no law forcing them to stay in that job. FedEx should go to the floor on this one and make government choose between loyalty to unions or commitment to supporting business. I'm a Boeing employee so this indirectly affects me.
