So far, I'm glad that we haven't heard any reports of death or serious injury of the Trucker. Hopefully he's doing okay and will be out of the hospital soon.

Wow!! His EIGTH Open Heart Surgery!! The Force is definitely with him!! I suspect that if he's pulled through all his other surgeries.....especially when his first was at 3 mos. old, he will come through with flying colors. He sounds strong and healthy. Hope to see him back up and running soon!!

It's good of you to ASSume that Desiree is not seeking out guidance or counseling. I am truly sorry for your loss. To lose a child is horrible. Everyone grieves in their own way, and to deny a parent their grieving time and to tell them to just "get over it" is highly invalidating.

I dare say, maybe it is you that needs to get some help.

If I am remembering correctly, KATU did not actually divulge her online KATU.com handle; they merely posted that she had been found commenting on the comment board. Once this story ran, other news agencies did their own investigating of this and the RDSQRL handle was put out there by another media outlet.

No hard feelings Lips. This whole situation just gets my gander up. One of my challenges is to learn how to be more diplomatic in this world. I'm doing pretty good when it comes to face to face communication, but when I'm blogging, I tend to just write what's on my mind and not sugar coat it much. I can see how it can appear that I am over the edge on things, but I'm really doing okay. Just angry for Kyron and his family and want to see Justice done for them.

You are entitled to your opinion. I feel that the evidence so far goes above and beyond accusations, and again, it's not my job to prove anything. TMH is still innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and nothing I say or think can take that away from her. The mounting evidence speaks for itself.

There are many things that would/could eliminate me as a perspective jurist such as my history in childhood, my career field, the fact that I support the death penalty. I am not a perspective juror however, so I don't think I'm going to lose any sleep over it.
