<description>I know-I&amp;#039;ve struggled with active writing too. For us, talking through the writing assignment first before writing helps. (Or sometimes instead of writing.) We&amp;#039;ve also written scripts for Lego guys to act out. Writing about topics of interest definitely helps. I was thinking of adding a treasure hunt activity to the next packet I make, so I&amp;#039;m glad to hear those are working well for you. Do you have a blog post about them? I&amp;#039;d love to see how you do it. </description>
