The fact that the presdient acts like this is new news is amazing. Glenn Beck and others have only been talking about it for months now!

As the president admits we're in too deep, the House and Senate continue to pass more spending bills for whatever... Lord, help us all.

I'm glad someone from the Bush administration is willing to speak out. We need someone to do it; I think Bush should defend himself, but Cheney is the next best thing.

You know, though Rob, recently just about anyone IS a threat. So what's the difference with the Patriot Act? It's just been around a little longer than the DHS reports.

Wow, if someone wanted to, they could seriously charge these people with racial profiling. Now, I understand a few of the Muslim people because they're extremists, but the majority of those people; what did they do to deserve being denied entry?

And Ms. Smith said people in England hold people up to a higher standard... since when? I think it's because of them, America is becoming desensitized in our culture.

I was just blown away by her singing! That is sooo awesome!! Although I will admit I wouldn't get her CD (the singing's not my style), I would be in whole-hearted agreement for her to get a contract.

The thing I keep thinking about what the Boston Tea Party meant was, it was like a revolt... Do we really want to start "riots" to make our representatives notice?

I kind of like the idea of what Rob said. The whole thing with sending a tea bag to Washington almost sounds childish. I think if we wanted to make a statement it would have to be a little more modern. Besides, Glenn did mention on his radio show that in sending a tea bag to Washington, with all the threats that come and go there and all the mail inspections, the tea bags probably won't go much farther than the inspectors.

I'm just sayin'. ;-)
