I feel to forgive may be more than just a decision one should or should not make. To \"forgive\" is to see the value in another person beyond the benefit they have in your life. When we begin appreciating people for their contribution \"positive\" or \"negative\" to humanity. The moment we recognise that each person has a place to be and are going through their own personal growth just as we are. then we have much less to forgive with every recognition of their being beyond the moment of conflict.

Just like a candle, the highest energy is at its source, the center dot of a 360 degrees spherical expression resonance, from the center outwards. this is true of all reality. if we were to look at the source of that center dot we would have to 'travel' more inwards increasing the 'speed' to higher than the speed of light (collapse) into another dimension (endless) out side of time and space. science calls it this 'quantum' field of energy or dark matter. For many years Science believed and taught, that the universe is mostly nothingness (relating to black wholes and dark matter) consisting of the 1% solid universe. Only recently Science begun experimenting and hypothesizing the complete opposite!:) That the Dark Matter (99% of the universe) actually contains more and not less (well, they may be referring to ENDLESS and LIMITLESS!). hope this helps.

I have never encouraged my students to write their own meditations. There are two main reasons for that. First is that your willingness to be guided by others expresses the will to be GIVING. Your making of your own key expresses the will to be RECEIVING. You already know that it is not only about the key and its wording, but the energy and the intention. Well GIVING is the exact opposite to RECEIVING...regardless of what the key may express. The second less important reason is, just like in your example today, Shirley, YOU HAVE NEVER MADE ANY MISTAKES!:) So, why would you make a key for that? and where would that key lead you? For this moment... The Hidden is the energy which is exponentially greater than the sum of the energy between two people. It is born and gives life, only during the exchange and communication between people. The purity the more truth there is in the process of communication, the more powerful it gets and its power becomes the source of growth and awakening in all involved. At the higher levels of personal development, a person can no longer achieve growth without the interaction with other people. The old tradition of going to nature and into the self to achieve growth and enlightenment may no longer be an option in today's world.

more so, in the process of guidance and agreement we become humble. the support of others becomes the source of hidden energy. if it is simple questions of survival we would gain a relatively easy result. but when we begin touching the awakening of the higher perspective and values we must dedicate time and effort to that growth (meditation). no other way will do.

"change" which does not require learning of new information can not be achieved by agreement alone or a simple change of actions. awakening internal growth (vertical change) allowing a new perspective and requires letting go of old dogmas. as here we arrive and than see...we often do not trust the process. energy must change first. agreement is just the first step. Hi Shirley it is often not simple to have put in words many inner states and their reasons. often when we are challenged with the question of personal responsibility and when we are confused of what the "right" intentions...we feel shame. shame is the most powerful of all emotions, so the only solution, our instincts at the moment of shame are to run. we run in different ways. all of them include a "story" we tell to protect our position. that "story" allows us to often do the"wrong" thing. such as put the blame on others, on the world, on our past, etc. even more "dangerous" would be to escape into believing someone else's story...a child like story, which is easier to except than your own growth. (this is how people get lost believing anything!:)) WE ARE LUCKY THAT WE ARE WORKING WITH ENERGY and it helps us shift our prospective back on time before we get lost within all that doubt. this is exactly why one needs a support system for growth. Hi Shirley The mere fact that you are asking this question indicates that you are doing well:) and yes it happens often...and it is normal... as we are going through similar but different lessons different people are triggered with different things today, most people are triggered with questions of personal responsibility and intentions doing your best is all you need...energy comes first...please let it be and just like a movement you may not like or enjoy we are conditioned to think that if we have a challenging emotion or thought there is something wrong with us or there is something wrong with the world (and that thought takes turns:)) there is nothing wrong, we are human and at times of growth experience movement... of thought, emotions, and postures...just the same (emotions and thoughts are felt as ups and downs:)) hope this helps Erik

Hi Heather For me as journal is a tool. I write the lessons I have learned, ideas I have about the past and for the future. Some of these ideas I share with others...I guess it is my physical "return energy" tool kit...I use it to make room for the new...I may not read some of it again, for years...I only right when it feels necessary(for me it is often through out the day) But it is not a forced journal, it is a love journal:) I hope this answers your question

You have great questions, I often assume that all is clear and simple but i am happy to explain it again when necessary So here it is, when I am talking about "feeling the future" I am talking about the natural quality of our right brain. this quality, allows us to set goals into the future but with higher energy we tend to feel as if the future is already here... it is a "child like" joy that we begin experiencing at the moment we buy our ticket to a desired destination (even if we are still months away from traveling)So, this is an example of the ability to feel the joy of the future today. when we are stressed, our right brain becomes less active, and our left brain becomes more active that causes us to lose the joy of the future we have just experienced a moment ago, we may not even care but the moment the energy is back, we can enjoy and dream again! when we experience moments of "low energy" we experience the left brain dominance. We become very reactive, very practical, seem somewhat selfish (for a reason of protecting and survival) we demand short term gratification, it does not allow us to dream big, or enjoy any long term thinking when we experience moments of "high energy" we usually experience the right brain dominance we than are much less reactive, seem much more patient, kinder, able to think more about others can experience joy of future planning, much more creative and often much happier regardless of what "level" we think we are, we are human beings... all human beings, without exception go through moments of up and down the above states are mostly of a survival energy "Intuition" is a state that we can achieve at a higher level that is a time when the energy allows a "whole brain experience" in my opinion we than experience "neuro genesis" or creation of new brain cells this new state allows us to be more more than just creative vs reactive but to gain better understanding and value from the same life situations it is like reading the same book, but gaining greater insights and lessons the second time around but not simply because you have read it again, but because your brain actually is able to notice more note: the highest point is always relative to you at this time. nothing stands still, you are always growing and your highest point is also always higher A whole brain experience has another incredible advantage, at that moment you are able to see your ups and downs, your challenges and rewards as equal components of your life's journey not being too "full of yourself" when things are doing great and not getting down on yourself when not feeling high trully being able to recognize the benefits of both is the wizdom that we are after today we only get glimpses of it at best, but that is a good thing as it indicates the great potential we still have. this are concepts of higher learning thousands of years of wisdom often we forget that energy comes first without it just confusion and overwhelm of information we all have the ability to awaken higher levels of intelligence or wisdom but if we want it all here and now, we may not be very successful it is just like any other subject at school one step at a time one grade at a time hope this helps Erik
