that's a ridiculous statement

just because people believe in god doesn't mean they can't be upset when a person dies and therefore is no longer in their life

how can someone so blatently dangerous and unremorseful be given such a lenient sentance, when a business man who renamed garlic as apples for 6 years

I'm not saying what the guy did wasn't wrong, but 6 years was a ridiculous term to hand him when there are people like this out there

that all depends on your view of "unethical"
I'm a vegetarian by choice and I wouldn't call a butcher unethical, they are providing a service that is needed
Using your logic, you could easily say that anyone who works in AIB,BOI etc are all working in unethical jobs

so your answer is "we should do what they do" ?

and taking other countries etc, what about the thousands of Irish people who don't want their children to be taught religion?
I'm not saying someone shouldn't teach their children religion, that's their choice, and I respect that, but there are ways to teach children religion without it being done in school

nobody is telling you to hide your religion
but you can express it without it being taught in schools

these "Eastern Europeans or Africans" who get to be allowed to wear their "head garb" are only expressing their religion, not demanding it to be taught in Irish schools

and by the way, it's perfectly possible to have morals without having religion
