I have to be so careful with what I eat as I have a salmon allergy and intolerances to gluten and garlic. I really try to plan ahead so that I can manage those limitations privately and not have a poor waitress wandering back and forth trying to suggest what I can eat. I land up eating bread more than I should because of situations like this (and also because I crave what I should not eat!)
