But I don't think smoking will prevent you from being a Christian. We don't have the Church of the Perfect People in my town, do you? I've known plenty of Christians who smoke. They don't flaunt it for sure. In fact, only ONE person at my church knows that *I* smoke. Yeah, I smoke. I definitely wish I didn't. I had actually quit for 3 years. I won't go into the reasons why I started again, that doesn't matter. I'm just saying that I feel the need to hide my smoking from my "church" friends. I feel ashamed about it. Does that make it sinful? I don't know. Some people are born with an addictive-prone personality, that's my belief. And those few wonderful years as a non-smoker were awesome.
