<description>I think that the issue here is just what you said.  The motto of the Portland Police is &amp;quot;To Protect and Serve&amp;quot; and ever since we took that off or their patrol cars they have not been reminded daily that they work for us and not the other way around.  I think we should have the motto put back on every vehicle as a daily reminder of just what they are out there for as the bunch of jar heads they have working for them now were in diapers back at that point in time.  We do not live in Iraq we live in Portland Oregon and as such do not need this type of force at this point in time.  Again - Key words - Protect and Serve! </description>
