A little plagarism here. I saw this post on another website.
Cy Sun is trying to pry some heads out of the big trough and the pigs are really squealing. This is the same city council that authorized illegal payments for the previous Mayor's misuse of the City Credit cards. Now they refuse to pay the city's vendors because they are not the vendors the council wanted. HMMMMM methinks maybe it is a new council that is needed here.
