The most funny part of this site.Is that i contact him yesterday via skype.He says this too me "im currently very ill if I die there would be no ref4bux at all. Suffering from a very troublesome health issue combined with all other personal issues and stress it is far to dangerous to run it on my own."Then proceed too try too do a video call and i said too him i did not wanna hear his excuses and that him and this guy Tanguy Hubner scam there users i just wanted him to answer why he scam others out of their money and then i went and block his ass from skype

I not complain at all about him not wanting too chat,I could CARE LEss .I posted it because the dude personally told me over the phone that he thinks and says HIS customers are stupid as *curse*.Sending in tickets over money missing over the hacking event.He went on too say too me that he can really less about the customer service at time cause all it is people gripping over this and that items. That all he cares is about the site and making it grow too be like neobux.He said his dream is too make enough off the site too buy him a home and he cannot do that by spending all day chatting via FB are his page.I mean he pay his self 15 euros a hr so he can show too the banks that he runs a legit company.Plus i asked him about the hacking issue and all the money he lost.He said he got it all back and then some of the sites memebers file a dispute over due money and he was pissed about that.I mean even told me his gf when he lived if Canada got the back burner cause all he did was sit on the pc and try too make mindbux the best and the ref4bux like that site.I contacted him via his page cause we work out a arrangement for me too update his FAQ page for him and TOS and he would pay me for it as well as upgrade my status on the site for answering support tickets..Then the owner lock me out of the admin page and came with this I WAS SQL hacked again like the last time the site was hacked.I mean the whole site from him too the tanguy are nothing but a bunch of crooks.I offer help too his site too make it grew from a person with customer support skills and too be honest thought the site had potential too grow in places that it needed it too be.His lost and all when he see that customers leave that is his fault.

Lots of money has been send to this person " Gerry Rodriguez " also know as site owner of BetaClix.com we are uncertain in how many websites he is running for him to steal members passwords but as far as we know he uses Multiple Paypal Email accounts to proceed the cashouts.

We had an emergency panel blockage - for time being we can not accept new staff members to answer tickets as someone managed to get in our system and change all our members pending payment details.

man I know what you are trying to say but how can you manage 300K members if 1 human can only speak to one person once.
We are working on this and you are not helping. We speak to large customers and we maintain contact to our investors.
Why would we talk to members individually? We have support department who takes care of that.
What you say is what thousands of members say. All same stuff but emanwhile they dont start their own business its easy to talk and debate about a business if you dont own it.

U would need too speak too al least all your customer because as a company they are the one that are making you the money,And if u choose too say hey im too busy too speak too 300k members.Then guess what might happen.They might leave are stay.But i like you as a person and i was just giving you option on how some members might feel about when u say u are too busy too chat are they feel as if u are brushing them off in some of the support tickets

Yea if u notice he posted this on his own Fb page If you want to talk about Ref4Bux. We advise you to speak to our staff and stop bother me via Facebook chat unless you are helping.

All is fine at Ref4Bux and if you feel there are issues please use Ref4Bux Facebook Fanpage and not my personal account we also have enough staff members covering our support ticket department.

I'm not on Facebook 24/7 but most times I do try my best to answer all your emails / chat.

I'm a busy person but I always have time for those who really needs my time. I dont have time speaking to those debating about something how we should run our business. You have no idea what you are talking about its easy to say then it is actually to have it rolled out and do it.
