Actually, Jeriamiah Wright was also a Muslim member of the NOI, and it is still completely unclear, where and when he made the switch from a NOI Muslim to a BLT "Christian"; since the root of both Islam & NOI & BLT is Marxism and Socialism, these are not necessarily incompatible by the way. There also was an uncover expose of the so-called "Trinity Church" by a Blogger, where he had someone in the "Church" confess to him, that "over half of our members are 'Muslims"; that "we weclome Muslim members", etc. It almost sounded as if the BLT is some form of Christian-Muslim-Marxist-Afro-centric syncretic "Religion"; to tell the truth; and Obama's behaviou indicates that's possible as well..

No, she didn't "create" it, the Taliban were "created" in the Sunni/Deobandi Madrassas of the FATA & NWFP; Bhutto and her Sunni/Deobani Fundalmentalist ISI took advantage of them, for their own seperate reasons, and supported them, and encouraged them; but ultimately, it was Sunni Fundalmentalism that created them. The roots go back to Anti-Imperialism/Anti-British Raj/Anti-Westernism in Imperial India, as far back as the Sepoy Muntiny, and the creation of the Deoband Sufi Movement, clear back to the 1860's when the original Deoband theological seminary was established in Deoband, India

No, I'm not "sympathetci" to Shias at all, nor Sunnis, nor Sufis; I was just trying to make the original point that the retaliation against the Taliban, in Pakistan, is not necessarily a new "Awakening" movement happening spontaneously in Pakistan, of fed-up Muslims suddenly turning on/against the Sunni Fundalmentalists, whether they be the Taliban or Al Qaeda. I don't belive that has happened...yet, though it posibly could; but I"m skeptical of it happening in Pakistan. I was merely pointing out, that in this particular case, it's Shias fighting back, for being attacked. I have no "sympathy" for them at all.

Critics of US support to the Mujahiddin in Afghanistan, say "Look you (CIA, Regean, etc,) created the Haqqani Network (sorta true), you created Bin Laden and Al Qaeda (most definitely NOT true); but they fail to level the same criticisms where it actually belongs, at the Pakistanis and the Sunnis and the Muslims themselves. Bhutto, you helped create the Taliban, because you thought it would buttress your Pan-Islamic credentials, you thought it would help advance you poltically within Pakistan and the Muslim world, and you thought maybe even, it would make them "forget" you were a Shia, and you thought they'd love you for it, and maybe they'd quit killing your people! This has been a goal of Shia theologians for centuries, who have consistantly tried to use every trick they possessed, to get Shia-ism recognized as nothing more than another "Fiqh" or Canonical School of Sunni Islam, and naming it the "Jafaari School". Obviously, the Sunnis haven't bought it, but that hasn't kept the Shias from trying it, for hundreds of years. How that relates to Bhutto and the Shias vs. Sunnis in Pakistan, is that Shia leaders of Sunni countries, realize that they are vulnerable, and will never quite be accepted, so they have to continually "prove" themselves, and their Pan-Islamic credentials, and in concert, their Anti-western/Anti-American/Anti-Infidel/Anti-colonial credentials as well. It gives them cover, so to speak. Bhutto, spurred on the Sunni Fundalmentalist, in other words, to say to them, "Look here, I'm one of you...a MUSLIM"; I'm against the infidels too!

Bhutto, a Shia, helped support and gave impetus to the Sunni Taliban Fundalmentalists, because its what Shia leaders have done throughtout their history, stretching clear back to the Caliph Hakim in the 11 century in Cairo, when Shia Rulers and Potentates, practicing various forms of Taqiyah, actually managed to rule the Islamic world for several centuries....that is, they pretended to be something they were not, and they did it all in under the guise of "Pan-Islamism", in order to not only fool the Sunnis, but to also try and "mainstream" their Shia beliefs and gain acceptance of Shia-ism as a mainstream so-called "Fifth School" of Sunni Islam!
