My personal opinion is that parents should homeschool their kids if possible; therefore, the only kids in public school will be the ones whose parents can't teach them at home. After that, teachers unions should be done away with and vouchers should be issued so that the kids that are in public school have a choice. In the end, the number of teachers paid by the government will go down, waste will go down, and kids will be better educated.
