<description>I don&amp;#039;t know how laws are made in Bulgaria -- but in the United States of America, laws are passed by Congress and signed into law by the President.  It&amp;#039;s obvious many people are upset by the new Health Care Reform legislation -- but the only way it will be repealed is for both the House of Representatives and the Senate pass legislation to rescind it and the President signs the rescinding bill.  Can enough people with your point of view be mobilized in the next two elections to elect Congressional candidates and a new president to make this possible? </description>
