One full night a week seems like a lot of start with. I know it might sound stupid, but maybe start with 30 minutes every Wednesday or even 5 minutes every Wednesday and then work up? I feel like in the beginning keeping commitment so low that you can't not do it will make it easier to make it a habit

Toasties! I know some of you are on Learned League and I was hoping someone here could get me an invite to LL? I was on quiz bowl in high school and I would faithfully participate every day if I did get an invite.

I also started taking Lexapro in the fall. I didn't notice a change in my day to day immediately and the changes that I noticed were so subtle, like I function so much better now, but I don't know when that changed or that I took notice of it. I just sort of realized one day that I was able to deal with things so much easier.

I can sort of understand this though.

He didn't figure out that something was really wrong until a week later and by that time Hae's good friends were the source of all information. I mean, last year one of my friend's didn't show up to work because her mother was really sick and I think I texted her once the whole time because we aren't super close and I didn't want to overwhelm her and I got an update on her mother's condition pretty much every day from another coworker who was closer.
