First Andrew helps Janice and Mark with helping to write a criminal complaint against another board member. They then play dumb at a subsequent board meeting like they are surprised to hear of the news. They then vote to spend $50K of taxpayer money to try to smear another board member with their drummed up charges. Not only did they help write the complaint, they did not disclose their involvement to the rest of the board. They then forgot to recuse themselves from the vote. They are then censured for the unethical behavior and they again forgot to recuse themselves from that vote too. How do you vote on your own censure? How does that happen? Mark Gruber and Janice show ZERO contrition then in Janice's board report she starts into more claims against the mayor. Janice has done websites on the mayor with flat out lies. Janice has put false claims on her blog. Then she helps to write a complaint against the mayor and spends $50K of taxpayer money on a wild goose chase. Mark and Janice's behavior is out of control. Their lack of contrition for double crossing fellow board members by not disclosing their involvement is incredible. ZERO Erie taxpayer dollars can legally be used for airport development. It has never happened and never will. The airport did loan the town general fund money however to help build the rec center. The money was paid back about 6 years later. In addition Colin, the air park has very little to do with the airport other than it is next door. Only 1% of airplane traffic is derived by a couple little $20,000 airplanes from the air park. 99% of all airplane traffic comes from the airport, not the air park and also from transient traffic with people flying in to do business in Erie and Boulder.
