This is the definition of fascism. The government co-opting the private sector. Through carrots (privatizing profits while federalizing losses) and sticks (offering deals you can't refuse.) So, Obama shovels tax dollars to his "corporate titans" like Buffett and Soros (good job AP - whenever Republicans meet with "corporate titans", they're always labeled "fat cats"), while putting the squeeze on privately held Ford who had the audacity to refuse federal stimulus slush funds when Obama was taking over GM and Chrysler - by holding the threatened UAW strike over Mullaly's head. (The UAW being in Obama's pocket because they were the real winners in the GM and Chrysler windfall.)

Urkel Mugabe isn't as good a liar and therefore they should keep him under closer wraps. Let the puppet masters like Axelrod go out and lie that Urkel Mugabe's "Muslim World Apology Tour" with its prestigious, climatic speech in Cairo was actually a confrontation with Mubarak about human rights and personal freedom. More likely, Urkel Mugabe was asking about rigging the vote ("move your headquarters to Chicago" and "send out Acorn's rent-a-mobs") and suppression of the people's rights to free speech ("send the Secret Service to intimidate anyone who questions you" and "get the power to cut off the internet in an 'emergency'".) All good lessons from a fellow traveller.

Remember all the wall-to-wall media coverage on the Beltway "Sniper" UNTIL it turned out that "he" was not a "white man" in a "white van", but rather a Black Muslim and his twink? Suddenly, the story fell right off the front page with hardly a word about his true background and his hatred for our country. And remember the Homeland Security intelligence memo the Obama administration released months ago warning of returning American soldiers being a threat to homeland security? Well, this evil Muslim never was deployed and he shot up dozens of unarmed Americans until a petite American copy shot his ass. So, Obama how about THAT for a threat to homeland security? I blamed Ryan Church. Castillo kept drifting back and drifting back and then lunged a stab at the ball. But look at where Church is in that video. He's NOT backing up his second baseman the way he should. He's not racing in to call off the retreating infielder. He took an ENTIRELY different angle AWAY from the ball, heading toward the dugout. He had already punched his clock. He was done for the night. Even the multimillionaire A-Rod ran the play out. He was at first base the way he was taught. But Church was already planning what he was going to eat that night. He left his teammate out to dry.

But no one's allowed to point out their mistakes. In fact, it's considered poor form to point it out. After all, they can only be judged by their good intentions, not by their mistakes, and certainly not by their disastrous results. As the White House press corps says to them when they get off TelePrompTer, "Do you want to try your answer again?"
