So many look alike with differences only in the taillights or headlights. That being said, here are a couple of suggestions. Buy small "spot" mirrors and stick them onto your existing side mirrors. I've been using spot mirrors for the past 25 years on all of my autos and they can be life savers. Secondly, before you park your car in a parking space, think about what you may not be able to see when you back out of the space. This may cause you to move to another space or, if possible, back into your chosen space. If you back in, it's easy pulling out. And, last but not least, don't be an idiot and have "stuff" hanging from your rear view mirror. This "stuff" easily blocks your view of oncoming vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, etc. Use common sense and you'll be a safer driver. I grew up in a logging community and some of my relatives owned a logging outfit and lumber mill that was in business 40 to 50 years. There were many lumber mills and logging companies in the area and the men employed there had living wage jobs that provided them an income to buy a home, a couple of cars and send their kids to college. In areas where logging had taken place, trees were being planted to grow new forests. Today, because of the actions of the environmentalists, only one mill still exists, the vast majority of the jobs are gone and the community is nothing more than a ghost town. Most of the people living there now are retirees and most of the jobs are retail related that provide little more than minimum wage. Since there are fewer businesses now, many of the buildings in town either sit vacant or have been torn down. Doesn't make any sense, does it?
