It means that even the mannequins aren't plus-sized. I don't consider a size 12 to be a plus size either. Hell, even a size 14 or 16 can be readily found in your average clothing stores. I am a size 22/24 and, like Sammy, am relegated to some dark, murky corner of the store to peruse through a few racks of clothing that are never as cute as I want them to be. Lane Bryant, although a beacon of hope for fatties everywhere, is outrageously over-priced. Do skinny people have to pay $30 for a t-shirt? Anyway, I hear ya, Sister Girl. Size 12 is average. Give me 3X or give me death.

I can relate. I can't remember the last time I wore shorts. I can wear capris, skirts, dresses....but shorts? No. Why can't I live in Wisconsin? It's too damn hot here NOT to wear shorts. Oh, well. Sounds to me as if you have found a good guy. I have grown to love my nelly because of a man. I NEVER thought that would happen.

I haven't thought about Robbie Nevil in forever. He had such awesome spiral-permed hair! Oh, the 80's. How I miss thee. In other news, not all change is bad. The new design looks great, as well as the curvy cards. As far as your slump is concerned, I am right there with you. It's hard to focus on the good things when you feel so bad. Perhaps this trek to the Fatland will refresh and renew you. Good things, DK. Good things.

I would do anything if I had a plus-size yoga class in my area. I have always wanted to get my yoga on, but am hesitant to join a gym (only because I have joined a few before and have rarely gone). What a great idea!
