For any new airline to start service from CID they will require millions of dollars in guaranteed revenue to stimulate demand and the lower loss of servicing a small airport. CID's best chance to land a low cost carrier is to offer Frontier Airlines enough guaranteed money to fly to Milwaukee to connect to their network there.
