I would agree that "Jesus does not force his ways upon man even in the name of the good of man." But christians as a whole do! Why else is there a ban on gay marriage to protect the sanctity of marriage? Who’s definition of sanctity? Why were (are) people obsess with the fact that Obama is a Muslim? Jesus does not force his will but people all across the country try to force religion IN his name!

Well the point I was making is that you are really having trouble comming up with anything of substance. Your Complaint seems to be not that the Highness G.W. Bush broke the law but that Obama changed his mind. So when you can defend your position with facts about the laws that Bush broke and not Obama changing his mind let me know!
