She knows that Parker's wasn't faked, and I'm sure she doesn't want to question whether others were fake, but she does need to know what evidence she can trust, so she asks the people who were behind the faked rape to find out if any others were. She's probably harsh about it to get them to confess if there were, but I don't think she would ever assume that the others were faked, and I definitely don't think she would go to the other victims and say 'hey, did this really happen.' She only asks the perpetrators of the known faked rape, and uses their lack of confession to confirm that the others were all real. Veronica does have the tendency to jump to conclusions, but I really don't see this as an instance of that...
