I just banged out a quick list of movies from the time frame if you wanted to get into all the things that shaped our interest would be truly expansive and I imagine very diverse once you got into books and television I'd have to add the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy radio plays stll the best hgttg iteration might be an interesting exercise though and I'm sure we'd all find something new to us

Escape from New York, war games, alien, aliens, predator, crocodile Dundee, tron, reservoir dogs, weird science, enemy mine, the last starfighter, repo man, bill and teds excellent adventure,batteries not included, the usual suspects, flash Gordon, Outland, The abyss and space balls that should get you started

The worse part is there getting the Dwayne the rock Johnson to play the lead ill be in my study with a glass of whisky and a revolver

If they touch Escape from New York I will find a way to tip all of Los Angeles into the San Andrea Fault some may this is extreme but I say better safe than sorry

I'm pretty sure it's Short Circuit we've already had star wars in like week 2 but it's a corruption of No disassemble Johny 5

On a side note have you heard there remaking Short Circuit and Big Trouble Little China nothing is safe and can't they right an original script anymore :@
