I am able to get it to try and boot from USB but I get the message "BootMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to continue". I ama running windows XP SP3 on a Dell. I have tried the process twice, and downloaded the ISO twice to make sure that wasn't the issue. Any suggestions?
