I really liked the challenge last year when they were cooking outdoors in FL (I think) and then they changed their ingredients all around to really confuse them; Debbie denied she had been given capers to use in her dish (she was always doing that), and Melissa had to do without citrus in hers; Jeff (?) had to change his cuisine to Spanish-style to Mediterranean (or vice versa)...that was fun. I think Herb is the best -- Aarti drives me nuts with her "Aarti's Party" saying -- goes down my spine in a bad way!
