O.O If Cydia gets stuck at "downloading packages or release" again, I'm gonna kill it. From what I've read, its a server problem, and the only way to get it unstuck is to reboot the device. After rebooting however, the source that was being installed isn't there. I was just wondering if anyone knew more about it because Google isn'r helping this time.

You'll have to open the box, and activate the phone, meaning, if the unlock is a must for you, your gonna have to still buy a sim that will activate your phone before you can unlock it.

I don't believe you guys read his post correctly, he said, "commitment free". And no, unless you buy the phone with a contract, it won't have a sim in it.

You can to a point. When you restore to a lower version, Apple has a sig check to whatever your restoring to, if Apple decides to stop that check, you can't restore. Pretty much, its not the device stopping you from doing this, its Apple. Things like this are why we jailbreak.

Since the new jailbreak will work on 4.0.1 as well, you'll be fine. Don't update any further than that though.

This pointless, its like the Dev-Team releasing a jailbreak and then asking us how to fix the problems it caused. We didn't write it, you did. If your as smart as you portray, you would know that we can't fix a problem that you caused because we know nothing about how it was caused. Use some common sense.
