I've got the same problem. And It won't let me access/use my fileshare either.

My xbox hard drive busted a while back and I've been using an external for a while (as soon as microsoft released the appropriate update). My guess is that this has something to do with some microsoft proprietary blah-blah-blah, I dunno, bullshit. I do think it's fuckin lame though. I wanna play me some online firefight! (and use my fileshare!)

Looks like I'm saving up for the new 360...

I think they'll give us a little somthing like that. My guess is the opening scene from the beta - the clip with all the covenant firing, seen from a first-person view from the warthog passenger seat - is a snippet from the campaign, a portion of the level that incorporates boneyard. It may just be part of a cut-scene from that level, but I'm guessing that was a campaign sneak-peak they threw to the beta testers...maybe...possibly!

I LOVE Marty's music. And if ODST was any indication, it's just been getting better by leaps and bounds. I can't wait to hear what he's got in store for Reach. Or anything to do with the campaign for that matter. After absorbing the hotness that is the Beta I'm salivating over what could be in store for the campaign. I've always loved the multiplayer experience Bungie has delivered unto us, but I've always LOVED the campaign, story and universe they have birthed. After the Beta ends I'll be counting down the days to E3. Speaking of, I can't believe it's almost over. Sweet Beta, we barely knew thee. I'm loving it too much to go back to 3. I can't. Don't make me ;)
