The best way to do it is like me, live at the country side, grow your own chickens and corn, then you will be 99% ecological :) and 99% more healthy.

Please listen to the first 5 minutes of this documentary, The Persian army was around 300 thousand but some believe it was around 2 million (minute 2:20 of the documentary). "every Greek citizen will know his name and what he and 300 Spartans did at Thermopylae" (minute 7:50 of the documentary) I do not get my info from wiki like you did, i actually reviewed this History Channel documentary, so please make a complaint to them :D
