Yes, actually, Congress CAN override a U.S. Supreme Court ruling!

“The Supreme Court holds the power to interpret laws and declare them unconstitutional under the principle of judicial review. While Congress doesn't technically have the power to overrule a Supreme Court decision, it can take actions to lessen, or even negate, the effect of a court ruling. Congress can thereby render the court's interpretation obsolete, either by passing a new law or amending the old law to better achieve its original intent.”

There are plenty of Muslims working for Obama. One of them works for the IRS and was "indicted on terrorism charges," in the past. The State Department also has several Muslims working in that agency, as well as the Department of Defense. Remember, it was just last year that the State Department was forced to fire one of their Muslim employees because of public outcry; he was putting out videos calling for Muslims to take over the U.S.!!!!!!!!!

It's really NOT up to the "U.S. Government"---it's been stated in the U.S. Constitution, and the writings of our Founders---to be a NBC, federal court and supreme court rulings back to the late 1700s and throughout the 1800s, along with the Founders' writings state that BOTH parents MUST BE "citizens of the U.S." in order to pass on NBC to their children.

Read Mario Puzzo's words above. He's a lawyer. The U.S. Constitution is "The LAW" of our nation, and that's WHY the Founders did not allow Congress or the Courts to define "natural born citizen." The Founders believed that ALL governments can be "corrupt"---and they did well to believe that, according to modern day government antics! The Founders used three different forms of the word "citizen," in the writing of the Constitution, and they did it for a PURPOSE! Any "law" that Congress legislates DOES NOT supersede the U.S. Constitution! In fact, the laws Congress passes ARE NOT supposed to be in conflict with our Constitution!

Klayman has won MORE U.S. Supreme Court rulings than ANY of "Obama's attorneys!" So, those of us who know Klayman's record find it rather strange that you would be trying to "disavow" Klayman and his expertise!

And THAT is exactly WHY the U.S. Supreme Court WILL NOT "define" Natural Born Citizen---they KNOW the history of it, and don't want to make waves because our current President does not fit the definition of Natural Born Citizen!!!!

The liberals and Democrats want us to believe that our Founders DESIRED to have the same form of government and society as our Revolutionary enemy---England (called "common law")!!! Which makes absolutely NO SENSE AT ALL!

No, there can also be proof of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors," such as NOT following our U.S. Constitution, and "aiding and abetting our enemies" by releasing from Gitmo the 5 Taliban and Al-Qaida Commanders, as well as the Executive Branch continually bypassing Congress and "making laws" it has no authority to make!

Congress CANNOT "change" the meaning of NBC, as the Founders understood it, WITHOUT "amending" the U.S. Constitution---and the U.S. Constitution lays out HOW that has to be done. Congress's "Acts" DO NOT override the U.S. Constitution.

It's the "Parties" that are to certify that a person is eligible---it's the Parties that are supposed to "vet" candidates for the Presidency.
