Problem: 15,000 pages of legislation in a bill Solution: Make it law that all legislation must be in our representatives own handwriting. Very important that its in our representatives OWN handwriting. Thats how our fore-fathers did it. After all we elected their hand and not thier aide's hands. The bills would be more like 15 pages long and we could track precisely who wrote what! That one idea would change everything!
