<description>Here a really good quickie idea.    Problem: 15,000 pages of legislation in a bill  Solution: Make it law that all legislation must be in our representatives own handwriting.  Very important that its in our representatives OWN handwriting.  Thats how our fore-fathers did it.  After all we elected their hand and not thier aide&amp;#039;s hands.  The bills would be more like 15 pages long and we could track precisely who wrote what!    That one idea would change everything!  </description>
