Dude - I can tell you why - they're afraid of being labeled racists. But you know what? They're not. The irony is that LIBERALS created a new kind of slavery - slavery to the state. Whites feel guilty. I think it comes from the years of being told Whites made Blacks slaves, and that's bad, and since you're white, you must be bad because Whites were slave owners. This begs the question on why Americans are so bad with their history: how many White people today had ancestors who were slave owners? Not many. Many of us Whitefolk fled Europe because of the Fuedalism that still existed in some of the places we fled. No, I've had plenty of agruments with Black people and it's tough. As much as whites have been goaded into believing they're responsible, many of the people I argue with have been goaded into the victim mentality too.
