I attended a rally in Monticello, AR. Around 150 people showed up. It went well and was a great turn out for the middle of a work day. It was cool to meet other people from different towns that feel just like you do.
Maybe we all need to spend some time over the next few days calling the major networks and hounding them with why they are not covering the tea parties. I am sure they all have websites and phone numbers listed there to call.
I also plan to turn on every light in my house and shop tonight for one hour. Plus I am going to try to find a few extra appliances to turn on. Amazing how good this is going to make me feel....knowing somehow I am offsetting the efforts of someone, somewhere who is stupid enough to fall under the global warning spell.
That is where you come out and dredge up your own past. Beat everyone else to it. If you come out the gate and air your dirty laundry yourself, admit mistakes and be honest with the people you will go a long way. We conservatives have to quit being afraid. We need leadership!
I am looking for people from Arkansas to meet with online to discuss what is going on in our nation and our state. Time for action is now! If you live in Arkansas please contact me. I am interested in joining Tea Parties and hope we can get one going on April 15th in Little Rock.
But look...now you know that you are not alone. There are people who care and want to do what is right for this country. You just have to look around and find them.
My husband and I live in Southern Arkansas and we are in! We love this country and are just appalled at what is going on in our government. We are ready, willing and able to fight the good fight and take our country back. We are so thankful to Glenn for putting us in touch with other like minded individuals.
