I understand what you are saying about how will you know, one of the groups I am a member of has already got a committee set up and working on things to unify all of us across the nation. I also watched a presentation tonight on ICaucus, that will be redone on Monday night. If you get a chance, check it out. I have become a member of the National 912 project because, it's not about venting anymore it's taking action. They bring together all the groups, tea party etc. They are working on the process for those that are interested in becoming a candidate for training & education about the process.
Good Idea??? How about we take the amount of the Trillion $ debt and divide by the total illegal residents here, and if they can pay their share they can stay if not, we can help them move to a country of their choice or back to whatever country they came from??
Somebody mentioned just changing it to unaffiliated? Too much going on in Republicans and Democrats, re-inventing-or restoring republicans will not make this more appealing to democrats. So if we are the unaffiliated and we have more in our party then any other????? And listed core principles & values need to be accepted by those running for office, and then if they backstep and change in office, we impeach immediately showing that you can't say one thing and do another, it won't be tolerated any longer!!! Why are we waiting for each ones end of term to act? I agree we need candidates to take their place, but I say once we have the candidates in each state, we act to sent the message.
Ok, joining all the different sites to see what is going on, The National 912 Project, etc and Tea Party sites, but I still end up coming back here, because this is where everyone seems to be. I agree we need to get away from the name Tea Party, and we all need to be unified. So many people planning all sorts of events, but if we are all splintered into different things, then none of these are going to work. I don't know that I like going to events where the politicians that are not doing what they are supposed to are speaking and spinning more of their webs of deceipt. It just gets more confusing. All sorts of great ideas here and there, it's time to put it together and act!
Just got this via email - Does anyone remember what the reason for the Department of Energy was established for? Anybody? No? Bottom line - It was instituted on 8/4/1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. Pretty efficient huh? The necessary budget for this department is at $24.2 billion a year, has 16,000 federal employees and approximately 100,000 contract employees. What were we thinking? And now they want the banking system, health care and the auto industry? God Help Us!
I work in a retail outlet, where I have a chance to talk to a lot of people, I was amazed at the number of people that didn't even know about the "Tea Parties", so I have been trying to tell them. One by one is where we get our strength and numbers to educate our fellow citizens about what it is we are really doing , we each need to reach out in our communities. When you bump into someone you know at the store, and they ask how you've been, that is your perfect opportunity to share a bit. Does anyone have any bookmark cards that have the 9 principles, & 12 morals w/website address to hand out to others? Would make the conversations quicker and something for them to walk away with to check it out...
I wrote to Gov Schwarzenegger about 6 months ago, and he replied that we need help from the Fed Government to help secure our borders, it's not enough, they need to enforce our laws and also deal with those that are already here illegally from a lot of different countries. We are spending billions on those who have not earned the right to receive all these benefits, and those of here legally are struggling to survive.
Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare. Over 70% of the United States annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, & New York ) results from immigration. 29% of inmates in Federal prisons are illegal aliens.
How can we let this go on? Billions of $ going to support illegal immigrants, my husband & millions of others unable to get a job, and state unable to pay their bills. Stop supporting those that don't care about the law to begin with and that might turn our jobs & our money around a little bit.

6) Over 300,000 illegal aliens in L.A. County are living in garages
7) The FBI reports half of all gang members in L.A. are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border
8) Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal
9) 21 radio stations in L.A. are SPanish speaking
10)in L.A. county 5.1 mil people speak english, 3.9 speak spanish,(10.2 mil people in L.A. County
