It seems you post here quite often, so perhaps the best course would be to glean as much interest as we can from the contributors/commentors who frequent this site.

I have already contacted Elaine Spaull (Elaine.Spaull@cityofrochester.gov), the only member of the City Council to vote against the initial idea of authorizing traffic cameras. I am waiting to hear back. There are further votes to come before cameras can be installed, and I think we need to get active in anticipation of that vote.

I can recommend the Anti-War Crisis Center on Monroe as a place to gather to begin this process, and perhaps we could get Mrs. Spaull to participate. First we need some interested persons.

Is there a way to begin a thread on this site to begin organizing this?
