I can't STAND the Smiths. There. I said it. At one time, I adored both of them.

You know, I've been hemming and hawing about getting that pass, but I live right next to an Odeon and I like booking in advance, so it's pointless.

Do you mean なに？ Apart from being a "band" of the same name, N-Dubz is short for NW1, or one of N. London postal codes.

Ok, I want to fie on all this news, but for some odd reason, I can't stop being excited about Bill and Ted's. Especially if they're sad losers and the Utopian revolution they were promised, never happened.

Haha, Whoah! Very shocked. I thought they were pretty uncontroversially loved. I actually saw one of their shows twice! You're very right. Each to his own. I find Sammy J really cloying haha But Kitson has a very different energy. And you may love him. Gregory Church is a great show (imho), more melancholy story telling than heavy on the laughs, unlike his standup. Is Marc Maron playing? I like him but I know he can be pretty polarizing.

His comedy just seemed to go over way better here than in the states. It's weird, there's a few Ex-Pat US comedians here that just live and work in the UK, like Ruby Wax and Rich Fulcher. A really funny one is Reginald D. Hunter who's fucking hilarious. He's Southern and black and refuses to do "urban" comedy, it's all about being an anti-classist and an atheist so nobody in the states knows what to do with him comedy-circuit wise.
